Medicaid and TANF Extension Acts of 2019

On Thursday, January 24, 2019, the President signed into law: H.R. 259, the "Medicaid Extenders Act of 2019," which extends certain Medicaid authorities and modifies Medicaid funding provisions; and H.R. 430, the "TANF Extension Act of 2019," which extends Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF), Child Care Entitlements, and other Department of Health and Human Services grant programs.
