On Tuesday, January 12, 2021, the President signed into law:
S. 4996, the “Bankruptcy Administration Improvement Act of 2020,” which establishes a Chapter 7 Trustee Fund to make additional payments to bankruptcy trustees and extends certain temporary bankruptcy judgeships.
