Endorsement of Frank Eathorne

Frank Eathorne continues to fight for our America First Policies as GOP Chairman of the Great State of Wyoming.  He is highly respected by everyone, fighting for your Second Amendment and continually growing the Republican Party.  Perhaps, most importantly, Frank has Censured the incompetent Liz Cheney, who couldn’t care less about our brave soldiers overseas, and who is willing to fight ridiculous, endless wars instead of preparing for the Big Time enemies that may someday soon face our Country.  Frank has my Complete and Total Endorsement for his re-election.  He will never let you down!

Great news for the Republican Party!  Senator Lisa Murkowski said she is “still weighing whether she will run again” for the Senate in Alaska.  In other words, there is a chance that she won’t run!  Wouldn’t that be great?  And so many people are looking to run against Crazy Liz Cheney—but we only want one.  She is so far down in Wyoming polls that the only way she can win is numerous candidates running against her and splitting the vote.  Hopefully, that won’t happen.  I’ll make an Endorsement soon!

ICYMI: Team Biden halts J&J vaccine—and a return to normal

"The federal pause on the J&J shot makes no sense. Why is the Biden White House letting insanely risk-averse bureaucrats run the show?

Just six people out of the nearly 7 million who’ve gotten the Johnson & Johnson vaccine reported blood clots. The condition is more common in the general population, and every vaccine—indeed, every medication—carries some risk, including the Moderna and Pfizer jabs. With COVID cases still rising nationwide, it’s sheer lunacy to delay millions of vaccinations and feed fears among the vax-resistant.

Indeed, this moronic move is a gift to the anti-vax movement: The science bureaucrats are fueling that deranged pseudo-science."

ICYMI: Europe’s vax disaster shows Trump, UK’s BoJo got biggest COVID challenge right

"Biden gets some credit for distributing the shots, but Trump is responsible for producing vaccines in record time and guaranteeing that America had first dibs on the supply. The current president claims he inherited a mess. In fact, he inherited a miracle—Trump’s Operation Warp Speed." ...

"Trump insisted he would have vaccines ready by the end of 2020, a goal naysayers like government virus guru Anthony Fauci said was impossible. Thousands of column inches and many more tweets mocked Trump’s optimism. Before the novel-coronavirus vaccines, the fastest ever vaccine development—for mumps in the 1960s—took four years."

Fake News CNN, relying on all anonymous sources, meaning they probably made the whole thing up, wrote a very dishonest story claiming Congressman Matt Gaetz asked for a meeting with me at Mar-a-Lago, in Palm Beach, Florida, and was denied.  This is completely false.  Why doesn’t CNN investigate and write about lightweight Democrat Congressman Eric Swalwell, who had a torrid and physical relationship with the Chinese spy Fang-Fang, but is somehow on the once-prestigious House Intelligence Committee.  Swalwell, who ran for President and dropped out with a record-setting 0% in the polls, has been compromised and is a national security threat to the United States—he should be removed from the Committee immediately!

Wouldn’t it be ironic if the Supreme Court of the United States, after showing that they didn’t have the courage to do what they should have done on the Great Presidential Election Fraud of 2020, was PACKED by the same people, the Radical Left Democrats (who they are so afraid of!), that they so pathetically defended in not hearing the Election Fraud case.  Now there is a very good chance they will be diluted (and moved throughout the court system so that they can see how the lower courts work), with many new Justices added to the Court, far more than has been reported.  There is also a good chance that they will be term-limited.  We had 19 states go before the Supreme Court who were, shockingly, not allowed to be heard.  Believe it or not, the President of the United States was not allowed to be heard based on “no standing,” not based on the FACTS.  The Court wouldn’t rule on the merits of the great Election Fraud, including the fact that local politicians and judges, not State Legislatures, made major changes to the Election—which is in total violation of the United States Constitution.  Our politically correct Supreme Court will get what they deserve—an unconstitutionally elected group of Radical Left Democrats who are destroying our Country. With leaders like Mitch McConnell, they are helpless to fight.  He didn’t fight for the Presidency, and he won’t fight for the Court.  If and when this happens, I hope the Justices remember the day they didn’t have courage to do what they should have done for America.

The patriots assembling the America First Policy Institute (AFPI) are some of the greatest champions for freedom, free enterprise, national greatness, and the primacy of American workers, families, and communities, that our Nation has ever seen.  Linda McMahon, Brooke Rollins, Larry Kudlow, Rick Perry, General Kellogg, and the rest of the freedom warriors at AFPI have my full support as they work not only to preserve the historic accomplishments of my Administration, but also to propel the America First Agenda into the future.  I look forward to working with them to save America.

The Biden Administration did a terrible disservice to people throughout the world by allowing the FDA and CDC to call a “pause” in the use of the Johnson & Johnson COVID-19 vaccine.  The results of this vaccine have been extraordinary but now it’s reputation will be permanently challenged.  The people who have already taken the vaccine will be up in arms, and perhaps all of this was done for politics or perhaps it’s the FDA’s love for Pfizer. The FDA, especially with long time bureaucrats within, has to be controlled.  They should not be able to do such damage for possibly political reasons, or maybe because their friends at Pfizer have suggested it.  They’ll do things like this to make themselves look important.  Remember, it was the FDA working with Pfizer, who announced the vaccine approval two days after the 2020 Presidential Election.  They didn’t like me very much because I pushed them extremely hard.  But if I didn’t, you wouldn’t have a vaccine for 3-5 years, or maybe not at all.  It takes them years to act!  Do your testing, clean up the record, and get the Johnson & Johnson vaccine back online quickly.  The only way we defeat the China Virus is with our great vaccines!

STATEMENT OF ADMINISTRATION POLICY S. 937 – COVID-19 Hate Crimes Act of 2021

April 14, 2021
(Senate)

STATEMENT OF ADMINISTRATION POLICY
S. 937 – COVID-19 Hate Crimes Act of 2021

(Sen. Hirono, D-HI, and 42 cosponsors)
The Biden Administration continues to condemn in the strongest possible terms the increasing acts of anti-Asian bias, harassment and violence.  As the Nation continues to mourn the tragic loss of life and livelihoods that this rise in anti-Asian xenophobia has brought, elected leaders must act to prevent anti-Asian violence and advance inclusion and belonging for all Asian American communities. That is why the Administration strongly supports Senate passage of S. 937, the COVID-19 Hate Crimes Act, to further support and coordinate the Federal response to acts of hate during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Documented incidents of harassment and violence against Asian American communities have increased dramatically during the COVID-19 pandemic.  S. 937 would create a designated coordinator at the Department of Justice (DOJ) to expedite the review of reported hate crimes and hate incidents for the duration of the COVID-19 crisis.  It would direct DOJ to issue new guidance to State and local law enforcement agencies on how to mitigate language access barriers in hate crimes reporting and expand the use of culturally competent public education campaigns.  S. 937 would also require that DOJ and the Department of Health and Human Services jointly issue guidance on mitigating racially discriminatory language in describing the COVID-19 pandemic, in coordination with the COVID-19 Equity Task Force established by President Biden.

On March 19, 2021, President Biden called for the passage of this legislation in televised remarks and in an official statement.  The COVID-19 Hate Crimes Act would build upon President Biden’s January 26, 2021 Memorandum Condemning and Combating Racism, Xenophobia, and Intolerance Against Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders in the United States, and would establish additional coordination at the Federal level in response to hate crimes. This bill will stand up for America’s values by standing strongly against anti-Asian xenophobia and hate.

April 15, 2021 Statement from President Joe Biden on House Passage of the Paycheck Fairness Act

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Statement from President Joe Biden on House Passage of the Paycheck Fairness Act

I applaud the House of Representatives for passing the Paycheck Fairness Act.

Closing the gender pay gap is more than just an economic imperative — it’s a moral imperative as well. Twelve years ago, when President Obama and I came into office, the very first law that we enacted was the Lilly Ledbetter Fair Pay Act. It was, and is, an important tool for helping women seek justice for pay discrimination — but we are still a long way from achieving pay equity in America. In nearly every job — more than 90 percent of occupations — women are still earning less than men. For every dollar the typical man who works full-time full-year earns in America, a woman earns 82 cents. For AAPI women, it’s 87 cents for every dollar a white man earns. For Black women, it’s 63 cents. For Native American women, it’s 60 cents. And for Hispanic women, it’s 55 cents. Those gaps are an affront to our values as a nation — they are unacceptable to me, and they should be unacceptable to every single American.

The Paycheck Fairness Act addresses wage gaps by closing loopholes that have allowed employers to justify gender pay disparities, strengthening provisions for holding employers accountable for systemic pay discrimination, and helping level the playing field for women and people of color by making it easier for workers to challenge pay disparities as a group. It bans the use of salary history in hiring and setting wages — a practice that only perpetuates disparities. And it promotes pay transparency by requiring employers to report pay data and protecting workers from retaliation for discussing their wages with co-workers — critical barriers to equality, given that pay disparities often persist because workers are kept in the dark about the fact that they aren’t being paid fairly.

Equal pay is about justice, fairness, and who we are as a nation — it makes all of us stronger, and it represents what America is truly about. Passing the Paycheck Fairness Act is an essential step, but we still have a lot more work to do to ensure that our daughters have all of the same rights and opportunities as our sons. I urge the Senate to act swiftly to pass the Paycheck Fairness Act and help us build an economy that rewards the hard work of every American.

April 16, 2021 Statement from President Joe Biden on the Mass Shooting in Indianapolis, Indiana

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
April 16, 2021

Statement from President Joe Biden on the Mass Shooting in Indianapolis, Indiana

Vice President Harris and I have been briefed by our homeland security team on the mass shooting at a FedEx facility in Indianapolis, Indiana, where a lone gunman murdered eight people and wounded several more in the dark of night.

Today’s briefing is just the latest in a string of tragedies, following closely after gunmen firing bullets in broad day light at spas in and around Atlanta, Georgia, a grocery store in Boulder, Colorado, a home in Rock Hill, South Carolina, and so many other shootings.

While we await critical details about the shooting, its motivation, and other key information, once again, I have the solemn duty of ordering the flag lowered at half-staff at the White House, public buildings and grounds, and military posts and embassies, just two weeks after I gave the last such order.

It’s a mass shooting just a week after we met, in the Rose Garden, with families who lost children and dear friends as bullets pierced their bodies and souls in schools, a night club, in a car at a gas station, and a town meeting at a grocery store. And it came just the night before 14th anniversary of the shooting at Virginia Tech, in which a gunman murdered 32 people.

Last night and into the morning in Indianapolis, yet again families had to wait to hear word about the fate of their loved ones. What a cruel wait and fate that has become too normal and happens every day somewhere in our nation.

Gun violence is an epidemic in America. But we should not accept it. We must act.

Last week, I called on the Justice Department to better protect Americans from gun violence.  I also urged Congress to hear the call of the American people – including the vast majority of gun owners – to enact commonsense gun violence prevention legislation, like universal background checks and a ban of weapons of war and high-capacity magazines.

Too many Americans are dying every single day from gun violence. It stains our character and pierces the very soul of our nation.

We can, and must, do more to act and to save lives.

God bless the eight fellow Americans we lost in Indianapolis and their loved ones, and we pray for the wounded for their recovery.
