TEXT OF A LETTER FROM THE PRESIDENT TO THE SPEAKER OF THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES AND THE PRESIDENT OF THE SENATE June 6, 2019    Dear Madam Speaker: (Dear Mr. President:) In accordance with section 1204 of the Additional Supplemental Appropriations for Disaster Relief Act, 2019 (H.R. 2157; the "Act"), I hereby designate as emergency requirements all funding (including the transfer of funds) so designated by the Congress in the Act pursuant to section 251(b)(2)(A) of the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985, as outlined in the enclosed list of accounts.
