Office of the Press Secretary FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE April 24, 2020 April 24, 2020   Dear Madam Speaker: (Dear Mr. President:) In accordance with section 306 of the Additional Emergency Appropriations for Coronavirus Response (division B of H.R. 266, the Paycheck Protection Program and Health Care Enhancement Act; the "Act"), I hereby designate as emergency requirements all funding so designated by the Congress in the Act pursuant to section 251(b)(2)(A) of the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985, as outlined in the enclosed list of accounts.
